All products offered in the online store come with a 2-year (24-month) warranty.
If a product develops a technical issue during the warranty period, please contact us with your purchase confirmation documents.
Unclaimed items submitted for warranty service are stored for 3 (three) months. This period starts from the first notification to the Buyer, using the contact information provided (phone, email, etc.), informing that the item has returned from the warranty service center and is available for pickup. If the Buyer does not collect the item within the specified period, the Seller has the right to cease storing the item.
Product prices are valid as of today and are indicated in EUR, including VAT.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by natural disasters (storm, lightning, thunder, fire, water, earthquake) or other force majeure events.
Product Returns:
Returns must be made to our legal address (Franča Trasuna Street 10, Riga, LV-1035), after agreeing on all details by phone (+37123336713).
According to the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia “Regulations on Distance Contracts” No. 207, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days.
However, please note the “Consumer Rights Protection Law,” Article 12, Clause 6, which states: “The consumer is responsible for the preservation and safety of the product during the withdrawal period.”
Also refer to Article 14.1 of the same regulation:
"If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, they are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods if the goods were used in a way inconsistent with good faith, including use for purposes other than determining the nature or functionality of the goods."
Remember! During the withdrawal period, the consumer may use the product only to the extent necessary to inspect it (as much as one could do in a physical store before purchasing).
Important! Delivery costs are non-refundable, as delivery is a service that has already been provided.
If you exercise the right of withdrawal and it is not related to the product or service not meeting the contract terms, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the product.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please consider the following recommendations:

Inspect but do not use the product.

Preserve and do not damage the original packaging and contents (sealed plastic packaging can be carefully opened with scissors).

Certain products, due to their nature, cannot be returned: hygiene products (e.g., epilators, electric toothbrushes, hair trimmers, toilet accessories, etc.).

The received product must be returned along with the Withdrawal Form.
